How to Install a NinjaTrader 8 Indicator

Follow these simple steps to install your purchased NinjaTrader indicator:

1. Download the Indicator (.zip File)

After purchase, download the indicator file exactly as provided.
Do not unzip the file.

2. Open NinjaTrader 8

Launch the NinjaTrader 8 platform. Make sure you use NinjaTrader Desktop 8.1.5.0 or later.

3. Import the Indicator

  1. In the top menu, click Tools

  2. Select Import → NinjaScript Add-On

  3. Choose the downloaded .zip file

  4. Click Open and wait until NinjaTrader confirms a successful import

4. Add the Indicator to Your Chart

  1. Open or create a chart

  2. Right-click on the chart

  3. Select Indicators…

  4. Find the indicator in the list; all Smart Indicator Solutions Indicators can be found under SIS.

  5. Click Add

  6. Adjust settings as desired

  7. Click OK

5. Restart NinjaTrader (Recommended)

To ensure all components are loaded properly, we recommend restarting NinjaTrader.
